  • As a Residential Project Manager at Lelch Audio Video, you will play a pivotal role in managing the planning, execution, and completion of audiovisual projects for our residential clients. You will collaborate closely with our sales team, clients, and internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects while embodying our company culture of excellence and customer-centricity.

 
      • Responsibilities:

      – Collaboration and Proposal Development:

      •   – Work closely with the sales team to understand project requirements and create accurate proposals that meet client needs.
      •   – Collaborate with internal teams to develop realistic project budgets and timelines.

      – Project Planning and Management:

      •   – Plan and manage all aspects of audiovisual projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, procurement, and quality control.
      •   – Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.

      – Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:

      •   – Communicate project progress and status updates to all stakeholders, fostering transparency and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
      •   – Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met at every stage of the project.

      – Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:

      •   – Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, safety, and efficiency.
      •   – Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and quality.

      – Industry Knowledge and Expertise:

      •   – Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in audiovisual technology and construction practices.
      •   – Share knowledge and expertise with team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

       

    • Requirements:

      • – Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
      • – 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in the audiovisual or construction industries.
      • – Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
      • – Experience managing budgets and financials for complex projects.
      • – Knowledge of audiovisual systems and equipment preferred.
      • – Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
