Perched above Wayzata Bay, Bay of Light was a full remodel designed to honor its breathtaking views. Lighting played a starring role, Lelch’s in-house lighting designer partnered closely with the builder and homeowner to craft a design that harmonized interior light with the natural rhythm of the outdoors. Every fixture and control system was thoughtfully selected to keep the focus on the water beyond the windows, allowing the home to glow without competing with the landscape. The result is a serene, elevated space where the beauty of the bay flows seamlessly inside.
